1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Personal information you disclose to us
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register on the Services or otherwise contact us. This includes:
  • Names (a first name or nickname is sufficient — we do not require your child's full name)
  • Email addresses
  • Usernames
  • Contact or authentication data (magic link login tokens)
  • Children's ages (used to filter camp recommendations)
Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.

Information automatically collected
When you visit our Services, certain information is collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, device characteristics, operating system, and referring URLs. This information is used to maintain security and operation of our Services.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

We process your personal information to:
  • Facilitate account creation and authentication — so you can log in and manage your account
  • Deliver our services — saving camp schedules, managing child profiles, and personalizing your experience
  • Respond to inquiries and offer support
  • Send administrative information — such as magic link login emails
  • Protect our Services — fraud monitoring and prevention
  • Evaluate and improve our Services
  • Comply with our legal obligations

3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We may share your data with third-party service providers who perform services for us. We do not sell your personal information. Our service providers are:
  • Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
  • Formspree — handles contact form submissions (camp listing and claim requests)
We may also share information in connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or sale of assets).

4. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We keep your personal information for as long as you have an account with us. When you delete your account, we delete your data from our active databases. We may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, or comply with legal requirements.

5. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

We use technical and organizational security measures including HTTPS encryption, Supabase Row Level Security (RLS), and passwordless authentication (no passwords to steal). However, no electronic transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed 100% secure. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

6. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18. Our Services are intended for parents and guardians. When adding a child's profile, parents provide the child's first name (or nickname) and age — we do not require a child's full name. For users who are not logged in, child profile information is stored only in your browser's local storage on your own device and is never transmitted to our servers. For logged-in users, this data is stored securely in our database and is permanently deleted when you delete your account. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under 18, please contact us at camps2026@outlook.com.

7. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time. To update your account information or delete your account, visit https://popcamps.one/#profile or contact us at camps2026@outlook.com.

You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to: know what personal data we process; access your personal data; correct inaccuracies; request deletion; obtain a copy of your data; and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data (we do not sell or share data). To exercise these rights, visit https://popcamps.one/#profile or email camps2026@outlook.com.

California "Shine The Light" Law: California residents may request information about personal data shared with third parties for direct marketing. We do not share data for direct marketing purposes.
